Standard Rotation

While this is on, the automation tops the queue back up automatically, alternating song and sweep. If a sweeper directly precedes a song that has a detected intro length, the sweeper's tail overlaps into that song's intro and fades out right as it hits full volume.

Separation Rules

Applies to Radio Clocks and Standard Rotation both. If your library is small enough that these rules can't always be satisfied, they relax automatically (artist rule first, then title rule) rather than leaving a slot silent - better to repeat something than play nothing.

Quick Add to Queue

Upload

Music-type categories go into the autoDJ rotation folder. Production-type categories (sweepers, jingles, IDs) are kept separate and only play when explicitly queued or pulled by a radio clock.

New Category

Music categories feed the autoDJ rotation and radio clock song slots. Production categories hold sweepers, jingles, station IDs, and similar - used only in clocks or manual queueing.

Your Clocks

No clocks yet — build one on the right.

Build a Clock

Each slot pulls the next track from that category using rotation (least-recently-played first) — so you're building a sequence like Sweeper → Song → Song → Station ID → Song, not picking exact tracks.

Playlists

A playlist is a repeating pattern of categories - e.g. Music, Music, Sweeper, Music, Station ID - each with its own repeat-spacing rules. Only one playlist runs at a time; scheduling can hand control to a different one automatically at specific times.

Schedules

Optional: hand control to a specific playlist automatically at set times/days. If nothing matches, whichever playlist you manually Activated stays in control.

Fixed-Track Schedule

Plays an exact list of tracks at a recurring time — good for one-off promos or a weekly show intro.

  • No scheduled blocks

Radio Clock Schedule

Runs a whole clock (built in the Radio Clocks tab) on a recurring cron pattern — e.g. every hour on the hour.

0 * * * * = top of every hour. 0 6-10 * * 1-5 = every hour, 6am–10am, weekdays.
